This band is made out of real silk. I made it in 1985. I do not remember, where I found that cross-shaped pattern, which somtimes is called "Jerusalem Cross". See also another example of the "Jerusalem Cross".
The tulip with that bulb in the shape of a hart and the other patterns appeared during weavig proces.
